Our client, one of the largest multinational business consulting companies in the world, is currently expanding its Financial Services Practice team in Belgium. Therefore, they are looking for several junior and senior     Ref 432 FINANCE CONSULTANTS MultiChaneel Management Role :   Together with the client’s team and other consultants, you will be involved in projects to change the channel and distribution model of a bank, such as defining and implementing online banking systems, redesigning branch networks or adapting the product/channel mix.   You will be working on aspects such as business consulting, organizational change, process design and system implementation.   You work in a project team with client counterparts and other consultants.   You also contribute to business development activities increasing client intimacy.   Required Profile :   You hold a university degree in Economics, Commercial Sciences, (Commercial) Engineer, Information Technology or Accounting/Finance.   You acquired knowledge in the Banking sector and in multichannel management.   You have a thorough understanding of the nature of the business problems in retail banking.   You know the products and solutions that provide value in solving those problems. You know and understand well the trends and directions of the industry, the marketplace and its players.   You gained this experience while working in a consulting environment, an audit firm, a bank or an insurance company. As a consultant, you also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.   You are an effective communicator and a true team player.   You are able to work result oriented and autonomously.
