Liaising with the group senior management plus its clients' representatives, the Project Manager is responsible for organising and planning all the necessary actions to reach the goal of their projects.
Main responsibilities:
§Liaising with public authorities and administrative organisations with a view to obtaining permits and authorisations
§Launching calls for tender
§Project team selection (research firms, architects, contractors, consultants)
§Negotiating contracts
§Time management
§Cash management
§Risk management
§Work supervision
§Site meetings
§Quality control and applying sustainability standards
Ideal Profile :
§Training: Engineer, Architect or construction graduate or relevant experience and strong track records
§Languages: FR/ NL / EN
§Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position
§ICT: knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project. Cad software is an advantage.
§Personality:
oOrganisational, negotiating and communication skills required;
oNatural leadership approach, customer-oriented service attitude.
§Home based: projects are essentially located in the Brussels region; company head office is in Brussels.
§Start date: asap or according to availability.
